2. Description of Services

The Stained Glass Art Workshop, presented on this site, is dedicated to the creation, sale, and restoration of colored glass panels (stained glass) for interior decoration. The artisanal process includes glass cutting and joining with lead.

• All products are handmade and may present natural variations.
• Prices are displayed in Lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable.
• Product photos are illustrative; shades may vary slightly from the physical product.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the site, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, design, and photographs of the stained glass, is the property of the Stained Glass Art Workshop and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without our prior written consent is prohibited.

4. Orders and Deliveries

Placing an order constitutes a firm intention to purchase. We will confirm the order by email. Due to the personalized nature of the products:

• Delivery times are estimates and will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• We are responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, provided it is reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Cancellation of orders for personalized products is only possible within the first 24 hours of confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Stained Glass Art Workshop is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or purchased products, including damages resulting from errors, delays, or service interruptions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
